When I ask the students, they feel calm and peacefuld afterwards. We started out with once a day as a whole class & the option for students to use a buddy whenever they felt like it throughout the day. The reluctant learners were the ones who I thought would benefit most. It was really hard for some students to get the hang of being quiet and still for even a few seconds. Overall I think it was successful and would definitely do it again.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14780106976689658119noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6547855863376729844.post-18360670825643294992014-04-16T20:10:45.390-07:002014-04-16T20:10:45.390-07:00Love your breathing buddies, what an excellent way...Love your breathing buddies, what an excellent way to integrate attention to the "whole child"! Thanks for sharing your journey with this. I'm curious: Do you have "before and after" data? How significant a difference has the breathing made in your class (and how often do you do it)? How do you encourage reluctant learners?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17094526256570000210noreply@blogger.com
